Full Money Back Guarantee
We offer a full money-back guarantee on all WellBeautyFit products when you purchase a set amount (specific quantity varies per product). This guarantee applies when you use the products as directed for 90 days. Returns are accepted 90 days after the purchase date, up to one year from the purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product.
Remember to keep your product packaging! Even if they are empty, they must be returned to qualify for a refund. Only returned products will be refunded. The maximum number of items you can return is six.
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping.
This guarantee applies only to purchases made on WellBeautyFit.com. For purchases from our authorized retail or third-party partners or Amazon, please contact them directly and follow their return policy.
Standard Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened product for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days from the purchase date. Note that purchases made during promotional periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Week, and Semi-Annual Sales are final.
Please return your product packaging for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers must pay for return shipping.
Return Steps
Submit a return request. Our WellBeautyFit customer care team will approve this request within 48 hours. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. WellBeautyFit does not cover the return shipping cost.
Once WellBeautyFit receives the returned package, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email confirming the return and refund completion. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
Qualifications
Purchases made during our semi-annual, Black Friday, or Cyber Week sales are final and do not qualify for returns.
Returns must be sent within 90 days of your purchase date.
All items, including all packaging (even if empty), must be returned with your name and order number.
WellBeautyFit products purchased at retailers or Amazon.com do not qualify for the money-back guarantee program.
A maximum of 6 items can be refunded per return.
